How to Register and Log In for the First Time

This article walks you through registering on the Zest Benefits portal for the first time, from clicking your invitation email to completing email verification.

When you log in to the benefits portal for the first time, you’ll need to complete a short registration process.

Before you begin, you'll receive:

• An invitation email to register
• A verification email to confirm your email address

First-Time Registration Steps

1. Select the registration link in your invitation email.
2. Enter your date of birth.
3. Complete the CAPTCHA security check.
4. Select Next.

Create Your Login Details

Depending on how your portal has been set up, you may see one of the following options:

If you need to create a username

1. Create a username.
2. Create a password.
3. Select Next.

If your username has already been provided

1. Create a password.
2. Select Next.

Your password is always chosen by you.

Accept the Terms of Use

To continue:

1. Review the Zest Terms of Use.
2. Select Accept.

You must accept the Terms of Use before accessing the portal.

Verify Your Email Address

After accepting the Terms of Use, you’ll be sent a verification email to the email address provided by your employer.

To verify your account:

1. Open the verification email.
2. Select the verification link.
3. On the Account Verified page, select Return to Login.

You can then sign in using your username and password.

Two-Step Verification

If your company uses Two-Step Verification, you'll be asked to complete an additional security check when signing in.
