If you’ve forgotten your username, you can request a reminder from the login page.
Request a Username Reminder
- Select Forgot Username on the login page.
2. Enter your email address
3. Complete the security check (CAPTCHA)
4. Select Send Reminder
If an account is linked to the email address you entered, your username will be sent to that email address.
Didn't Receive the Email?
If you don't receive a username reminder:
- Check your Junk or Spam folder.
- Confirm you've entered the correct email address.
- Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
