How Do I Remove a Device from Two-Step Verification?

If you're able to log in to the benefits portal, you can remove your device yourself.

  1. Login into your benefits portal.
  2. Go to My Details.
  3. Select My Account.
  4. Select Remove Device.

To confirm the change, you'll be asked to enter a verification code from your Authenticator app.
Once completed, Two-Step Verification will be removed from your account.

I've Changed My Phone and Can't Log In

If you've changed your phone or no longer have access to your Authenticator app, you may be unable to complete Two-Step Verification when signing in.

In this situation, contact your HR or support team and request a Two-Step Verification reset.

Once your account has been reset, you'll be able to:

  • Install an Authenticator app on your new device.
  • Set up Two-Step Verification again.
  • Regain access to the portal.

Can I Remove My Account from My Authenticator App?

Yes.

You can remove your Zest account directly from your Authenticator app.

The process will vary depending on the app you're using, such as:

  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Google Authenticator
  • Apple Passwords/Authenticator

Please refer to the app provider's guidance for instructions.

Please note: Removing the account from your Authenticator app does not automatically remove Two-Step Verification from your benefits portal account.

Do I Need to Set Up Two-Step Verification Again?

If your organisation requires Two-Step Verification, you'll need to set it up before you can access the portal.

You can do this by:

  • Going to My Details > My Account while logged in and enabling Two-Step Verification, or
  • Following the on-screen setup process when prompted during login.

Need Help?

Please contact your HR or support team if:

  • You've changed devices and can't access your verification codes.
  • You've lost access to your Authenticator app.
  • You're unable to remove a device.
  • You need your Two-Step Verification reset.
