The My Benefits page gives you an overview of all the benefits available to you, as well as the benefits you've already selected.
If your employer uses Benefit Categories (sometimes referred to as Themes), you'll see these displayed throughout the Available Benefits section and within your My Benefits Package. Categories group similar benefits together, making it easier to browse, filter, and find the benefits that matter most to you.
What Are Benefit Categories?
Benefit Categories help organise benefits into meaningful groups, such as Health & Wellbeing, Financial Benefits, or Lifestyle Benefits.
Using categories can help you quickly:
- Find relevant benefits
- Filter large lists of available benefits
- View benefits you've already selected
- Navigate your benefits package more easily
Using Categories During a Benefit Window
A benefit window is a period when you can select, change, or enrol in benefits.
When a benefit window is open, you'll see category options within the Available Benefits section. Selecting a category will filter the list to show only the benefits available within that category.
This can be particularly useful when there are multiple benefits available, helping you focus on the options most relevant to you.
Viewing Benefits You've Already Selected
Within each category, you may see a tile showing how many benefits you currently have in that category.
Select Go to my benefits package to view your selected benefits. The category filter will automatically be applied, allowing you to quickly review the benefits you already have without searching through your entire package.
Using Categories When No Benefit Window Is Open
Even when there isn't an active benefit window, you can still use categories within My Benefits Package to filter and view your current benefits.
This makes it easy to browse your existing benefits and understand what's included in your package.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will selecting a category change my benefits?
No. Categories are simply a way to filter and organise the benefits displayed on screen. Selecting a category will not change your benefit selections.
Why can't I see any categories?
Benefit Categories are configured by your employer. If categories are not being used, your benefits will be displayed without category filters.
Can I use categories outside of a benefit window?
Yes. You can continue to use categories within My Benefits Package to view and filter your existing benefits at any time.
