The My Benefits page gives you an overview of all the benefits available to you in the portal.
The Available Benefits section shows optional benefits you’re eligible for but haven’t selected yet. These are benefits you may be able to select during an open benefit window.
How Do I Select a Benefit Window?
If more than one benefit window is open for you, you’ll see a Select Window option.

- The benefits shown in the Available Benefits section will change depending on the window you select

- Select the relevant window tab or name
- Review the benefits displayed in the Available Benefits section
Where Can I Find My Available Benefits?
To view your available benefits:
- Go to My Benefits
- Locate the Available Benefits section

Why Can't I See All Benefits?
The benefits shown will depend on:
- Your eligibility
- Your employer's benefits scheme
- The benefit window you've selected
You may see different benefits available at different times throughout the year.
How Do I View More Information About a Benefit?
To view benefit details:
- Select View / Select against the benefit
- Review the benefit information provided
- Make a selection if the benefit window allows changes
The benefit details page contains information such as:
- Benefit descriptions
- Costs
- Available options
- Terms and conditions (where applicable)
What Is a Flex or Investment Allowance?
If your employer provides a Flex Allowance or Investment Allowance, your available balance may be displayed within the Available Benefits section.
This allowance can be used to help fund certain benefit selections.
If your employer does not offer a Flex or Investment Allowance, this section may not be displayed.
How Is My Allowance Calculated?
The balance displayed depends on the type of benefit window:
- Scheduled Window: Based on the benefit window start date.
- Lifestyle or Anytime Window: Based on today's date.
When selecting benefits, the benefit details page will always show your actual remaining allowance.
How Do I View Benefits I've Already Selected?
To view your current benefits:
- Go to My Benefits
- Scroll to the My Benefits Package section
