Can I withdraw a benefit selection?
You may be able to withdraw a newly selected benefit if all of the following conditions are met:
- The benefit has not yet started.
- The benefit window is still open.
- The benefit's effective date falls within the current benefit window.
How do I withdraw a benefit selection?
- Navigate to My Benefits.
- Scroll to the My Benefits Package section.
- Select the benefit you wish to withdraw.
- Select Withdraw Selection at the bottom of the benefit details page (if available).
Note: The Withdraw Selection button will only appear when the benefit is eligible to be withdrawn.
Final Step: Review & Confirm
Withdrawing a benefit creates a pending change and does not automatically update your benefits package.
To complete the withdrawal:
- Select Review & Confirm.
- Review the pending withdrawal.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions.
- Select Confirm Benefit Selection.
Once submitted, the withdrawal will be processed and your benefits package will be updated.
Important: If you do not complete the Review & Confirm process before the benefit window closes, the withdrawal will not be submitted and your original benefit selection will remain in place.
