Some benefit providers require extra information when you select a benefit. This helps them set up and manage your benefit correctly.
For example, benefits such as Tastecard, Gourmet Society, or National Trust may require recipient details so membership cards, accounts, or access can be issued.
This process is known as data capture.
What Is Data Capture?
Data capture is the collection of additional information required by a benefit provider when you enrol in a benefit.
The information requested is configured individually for each benefit, so the details required may vary depending on the benefit you've selected.
How Do I Add Information to a Benefit?
To provide the requested information:
- Select Add in the Information Required section.
- Enter the requested details.
- Save your changes.
Once the information has been added, it will be linked to that benefit selection.
Can I Update or Remove Information?
Yes. After adding information, you can:
- Select Update to amend the details if something changes.
- Select Clear to remove the information, where the benefit allows this.
You can make changes at any time while the enrolment window remains open.
What Happens if Information is Mandatory?
Some data capture fields are mandatory and must be completed before the benefit can be added to your package.
If required information is missing:
- You will not be able to continue with your benefit selection.
- The benefit cannot be added until all mandatory fields have been completed.
Ensure all required information is entered before submitting your selections.
