Your Total Reward Statement provides a clear view of the value of your overall reward package, bringing together more than just your salary.

It combines the various elements of your pay and benefits into a single statement, helping you understand the full value of what you receive from your employer.

This may include:

  • Salary
  • Benefits
  • Bonuses (where applicable)
  • Additional perks and allowances

Please note that not all reward elements apply to every employee. Some items, such as bonus schemes, commission, allowances, or additional perks, may not be available within your organisation or relevant to your role.

You can explore the different sections of your statement to view personalised information about your reward package.

Accessing Your Total Reward Statement

To view your statement:

  1. Open the main menu in the employee portal.
  2. Select Total Reward Statement.

Your statement will then be displayed using the current date by default.

Understanding the Available Views

Your Total Reward Statement can be displayed in two formats.

Visual View

The default Visual View provides a graphical summary of your reward package, making it easy to understand how different elements contribute to your overall reward.

Table View

The Table View provides a detailed, itemised breakdown of the information shown in the statement.
You can switch between views at any time using the buttons in the top-right corner of the page.

Viewing Your Reward Details

For privacy and security, financial values are hidden when the statement first loads.

To display the financial information:

  • Select Reveal Financial Details.

All financial values within the statement will then be displayed.
