You can switch between Visual View and Table View when viewing your Total Reward Statement.
Both views display the same information, but in different formats.
How Do I Change the View?
- Open Total Reward Statement from the main menu.
- Locate the view options in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select either:
- Visual View for a graphical summary of your reward package.
- Table View for a detailed, list-based breakdown.
The statement will update immediately to display the selected view.
What Is the Visual View?
The Visual View provides a graphical overview of your total reward package.
It shows how the overall value of your reward package is made up, including:
- Salary
- Benefits
- Bonuses
- Personal allowances
- Other reward components
The total value of your reward package is displayed at the top of the page, with a visual breakdown showing the contribution made by each category.
How Do I View More Information in the Visual View?
You can select any category, such as Benefits, to view additional information.
Within the Benefits section, you'll see:
- All benefits included in your package
- The value funded by your employer
- Any benefit allowance provided by your employer
Benefits that are funded entirely by you will still be displayed, but they won't be included in the total value of your reward package.
You can also select an individual benefit to view further details about that specific benefit.
Selecting View Details will take you directly to the Benefit Details page for that benefit within the portal.
What Are Additional Benefits?
Benefits provided for information purposes only are displayed within an Additional Benefits section under the Benefits category.
What Is the Table View?
The Table View displays the same information in a detailed, list-based format.
The total value of your reward package is shown at the top of the page, followed by a breakdown of the categories that make up that value, such as:
- Salary
- Benefits
- Bonuses
- Allowances
What Information Can I See in the Table View?
Further down the table, each category is expanded to show a more detailed breakdown.
For example, within the Benefits section, you may see:
- Individual benefits included in your package
- Employer-funded values
- Employee-funded values
- Benefit allowances
- Additional benefit information, where applicable
This view is useful if you prefer to see your reward information in a detailed, itemised format rather than a visual summary.
Which View Should I Use?
Both views contain the same underlying information.
- Use Visual View for a quick and easy-to-understand overview of your reward package.
- Use Table View if you prefer a detailed breakdown of the individual elements that make up your total reward.
