If you're enrolled in a pension scheme and have access to the employee portal, you may be able to update your pension contribution amount, depending on your employer's setup and whether changes are currently allowed.
Where Can I View My Pension Details?
You can access your pension details from either:
- The Benefits tile on the homepage
- My Benefits
Within your pension details, you'll be able to view:
- The date you started contributing
- Your current contribution amount
- Your employer's contribution amount
- How contributions are deducted from your salary
Can I Change My Pension Contribution?
If contribution changes are currently available, you'll be able to enter a new value in the Employee Contribution field.
Please note that changing your contribution may also affect the amount your employer contributes, depending on your pension scheme rules.
How Do I Amend My Pension Contribution?
- Go to My Benefits in the employee portal.
- Select your Pension benefit tile.
- Update your contribution amount in the Employee Contribution field.
- Select Update Benefit.
- Select Review & Confirm and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your change.
What Happens if Contribution Changes Aren't Available?
If contribution changes aren't currently permitted, you'll still be able to view your pension details, but you won't be able to amend your contribution through the portal.
