When you're invited to access Zest, a verification email is sent to the work email address registered by your employer. This email contains a verification link that you'll need to activate your account and complete the sign-in process.
If you haven't received your verification email, please check the following:
- Check your Junk or Spam folders.
- Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
- Confirm you're checking the email address provided by your employer.
- Search your inbox for emails from Zest.
- Check whether your organisation's email security or quarantine system has blocked the email.
Still Can't Find It?
If you've checked the above and still haven't received the email:
- Try requesting a new verification email (if the option is available).
- Contact your HR team or support team to confirm the email address held on your account and request further assistance.
- Ask your IT team to check whether the email has been blocked, quarantined, or filtered by your organisation's security settings.
- If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.
Note: Verification emails can occasionally be delayed due to email server processing times or organisational email security controls. If your account was recently created, it may take a few minutes before the email is delivered.
