How to Reset Your Password

If you remember your username but have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the benefits portal login page.

Reset your password

1. Select Forgot Password on the login page.

2. Enter your username

3. Complete the security check (CAPTCHA)

4. Select Reset Password

A password reset email will be sent to the email address registered to your account.

Create a new password

1. Open the password reset email.
2. Select the password reset link.
3. Create a new password when prompted
4. Save your changes.

Once your password has been reset, you can sign in using your existing username and new password.

Didn't receive the password reset email?

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes:

• Check your Junk or Spam folder.
• Ensure you're using the correct username.
• Contact your HR or support team if you still can't access your account.
