Why am I seeing this message?
If you start selecting or changing benefits in one window and then switch to another before confirming your choices, any unconfirmed changes will be lost.
To prevent this, you’ll see a message asking you to confirm that you’re happy to switch windows and discard those changes.
What does this mean?
You may have multiple benefit windows open at the same time, each offering different options. In this case, tabs will appear under the ‘Select Window’ heading.
What do I need to do?
This depends on whether you want to keep your current selections or discard them and switch windows.
Option 1: Keep your current selections
- Select Review and Confirm
- Check your selections
- Review and accept the terms and conditions
- Confirm your benefit choices
- You can then switch to another window using the tabs under ‘Select Window’.
Option 2: Discard changes and switch windows
- Select a different tab under ‘Select Window’
- When prompted, confirm that you want to discard your changes
- Continue selecting or reviewing benefits in the new window
