How do I download the Zest Benefits app?

Download the Zest Benefits app from:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

You may also be able to access a download link from Employee Menu > App Management within your benefits portal.

Find Your App ID

Before logging in, you’ll need your App ID.

What is an App ID?

An App ID is a unique 8-digit code that connects the mobile app to your employer's benefits portal.Your App ID is specific to your employer and ensures you connect to the correct organisation.

Where can I find my App ID?

Your employer will provide your App ID.
You may also be able to locate it within the benefits portal:

  1. Go to the Employee Menu
  2. Select App Management
Please note: any App IDs shown in screenshots below are examples only. Your App ID will be unique to your employer.

 

How do I log in to the mobile app?

  1. Open the Zest Benefits app.
  2. Enter your App ID.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts.
  4. Log in using your usual method:
    1. Username and password, or
    2. Single Sign-On (SSO), if enabled by your organisation.

Can I use Face ID or fingerprint login?

Yes. After entering your App ID, you'll be given the option to enable biometric login.

Depending on your device, this may include:

  • Face ID
  • Facial Recognition
  • Fingerprint Recognition

If you enable biometric login

  1. Confirm your biometric details on your device.
  2. Log in using your normal method for the first time.
  3. Future logins can use biometric authentication.

If you choose not to enable biometric login

You'll continue to sign in using:

  • Username and password, or
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)

You can change your biometric preferences later.

Using Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organisation uses Single Sign-On, you may still need a username and password for the mobile app depending on your organisation's configuration.

If you're unable to log in, please contact your HR or support team.

Does Two-Step Verification apply to the mobile app?

Yes.

If Two-Step Verification is enabled for your account, you'll still be asked to complete this security step when signing in to the mobile app, regardless of whether you're using:

  • Biometric login
  • Username and password
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
